⚽ UPEI Panthers' Lewis Page appointed as first head coach of Halifax Tides FC. The soccer team is a founding club in the Northern Super League, which is committed to excellence in women’s professional soccer in Canada.

Algal Blooms - New blooms reported in Fenerty Lake (Beaver Bank) . Blooms reported over the past month in Lake Echo (Halifax), Chocolate Lake (Halifax) Penhorn Lake (Dartmouth), Oathill Lake (Datmouth) and First Lake (Lower Sackville). See full list on reported blue-green algae website.
